First, make sure your computer is set to display extensions. Go to My Computer, Tools, Folder Options, View. If Hide extensions for known file types is checked, uncheck it.

Next, make sure that the file is named with the correct extension, either .mov or .mp4 depending on which one you downloaded.

Right click on the video file on your computer. Select Open With, Choose Program.

Select QuickTime Player from the program list. Then, below the Programs window, check "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file.) Click OK.

If you're prompted to restore filetype associations to QuickTime, click Yes. The movie should now open in QuickTime. You should also be able to insert and play it in Logger Pro.
