Scaling Relationships, Part 2

This will be the first set of problems for which you're asked to explain your solutions.  Do a good job and make a good first impression. Getting the right answer isn't nearly as important as showing how you found that answer. In fact, no credit will be assigned to a correct numerical answer if the work to get that answer isn't shown. On the other hand, you'll receive at least partial credit for showing your work, even if your answer is incorrect.
