Next, you'll take a survey on WebAssign. This survey is not anonymous, because the teacher needs to know what answers to associate with which student. In addition to answering some questions about yourself, you'll need to scan your lab equipment inventory sheet to a pdf file and upload it.

For the following, it's assumed that you've already created your WebAssign password and are able to log in.

1. Go to https://www.webassign.net/login.html and log in.

2. Click on Notifications also in the upper right-hand corner and select the notifications that you wish.

3. If you have more than one WebAssign course, open the course PH424/426. You should see the assignment, C01. Presurvey. Click on the item to open it and complete the survey. You'll receive credit for completing the survey before the due date/time given in WebAssign.
